This project was initially focussed on arranging online demos for a new product to revolutionise the way in which CCTV is used and managed.
The Appointment setting team generated interest and formed roadmaps of decision makers within organisations – specifically housing associations – creating DM lists and data intelligence. Latterly the project incorporated the service elements which included order processing, dispatch and onboarding for new clients. The team successfully engaged to improve cash flow by managing debt collection and account management in addition to customer service with end users and installers, thus creating the processes as they evolved and the customer base increased.
First line tech support was introduced to enable our team to resolve issues which gave job enrichment and credibility and we introduced full management of customer accounts through use of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, providing a ‘one stop shop’ for all stakeholders to have visibility of the estate and status of each of the devices.
