With over 25 years’ senior management experience in the Outsource Telemarketing Industry, Marianne offers an excellent commercial approach to solving problems and optimising team potentials. She has expertise in all elements of B2B and B2C environments, particularly Outbound Operational Management, Compliance, CRM and Dialer & Data Management Strategy.

During 20 years in the contact centre industry Cliff has worked with clients from multiple industry sectors. Driven by continuous improvement, Cliff is the man to make things happen. When not advising customers or delivering cost savings, Cliff cycles, takes city breaks or dines in fancy restaurants.

With over 15 years experience in the contact centre industry, Peter is the IT brains behind the operation and as his title might suggest, Peter loves anything IT. When he’s not immersed in IT and identifying new products that might be of benefit to clients, Peter can either be found on the ski slopes or watching Classic Grand Prix’s.

Fascinated by finding ways to improve the customer journey, Michelle is passionate about making sure her clients customers are correctly communicated with, that they have a great journey and are brand advocates. She’s the person everyone loves to have around the office; making sure promises are delivered and expectations exceeded, Michelle loves to fix things and always does so with a smile. Away from the office Michelle can be found with friends and family somewhere near and sometimes in the sea.
